Vix tops Hustings poll

After enjoying the lively debate with the other candidates organised by Isle of Wight Radio and Isle of Wight County Press on Wednesday night at Newport FC, it was fantastic to find out this morning that I came top of the Hustings exit poll, both with those who had attended the event in person, and those who had listened on the radio and voted online. People were asked not just who they intended to vote for, but whether listening to the candidates had changed their voting intentions, and for a large number, it had.

I hope to talk with many more islanders between now and the election on May 7th, hear your concerns, and show what a difference I could make for you and the Isle of Wight as your Green MP.
